Billed at the standard weekly rate only after your first session is completed and you are 100% happy to continue.
Billing occurs every 2 weeks for all ongoing weekly tutoring sessions with flexible rescheduling notice.
One-off or casual sessions (not scheduled at least once a week) include a $10 per hour premium.
Because our tutors are top 1% QCE graduates and medical students who spend dedicated time preparing custom lesson materials prior to meeting your child, all initial lessons are paid sessions so our tutors are properly compensated for their preparation. However, you never commit blind: your first 60-minute diagnostic session is billed at our standard weekly rate (waiving the $10 casual surcharge) and is fully protected by our First-Session Fit Guarantee. If the tutor is not the right match, let us know and we will match you with a new tutor and credit the session fee toward your new start, or refund your first session invoice completely. If you prefer to say hello first, we also offer a complimentary 10-minute introductory video call prior to booking.
